We do not sell, rent, or trade your mobile number, and SMS opt-in data is never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. This SMS Privacy Policy applies to text messages sent and received under the LX Hotel Guest Messaging program operated by Lx Hotel ("we," "our," or "us"), 201 Murfreesboro Highway, Manchester, Tennessee 37355. It supplements our general Privacy Policy and our SMS / Text Messaging Terms. By participating in our SMS program, you agree to the practices described here.

Section 1

SMS Communications

To enhance your stay and provide timely updates, we may use your personal data to contact you with SMS messages. These messages are transactional and informational, relating to your reservation and customer support. They may include:

  • Pre-arrival reminders: Information about your upcoming stay and check-in details.
  • Check-in instructions: Guidance for a smooth arrival, room and Wi-Fi information.
  • Mid-stay check-ins: Ensuring your comfort and addressing any needs, including breakfast reminders and front-desk assistance.
  • Post-stay communications: Checkout messages, thank-you notes, electronic receipts, and feedback requests.
  • Customer support: Responses to your inquiries or assistance during your stay.

We do not send marketing or promotional SMS messages under this program.

Consent for SMS Messages

By providing your mobile number during the reservation process, at check-in, or through our online services, you consent to receive SMS text messages from Lx Hotel via our mobile text message provider. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of booking or staying with us.

You may withdraw your consent at any time by replying STOP to any message (see Section 3).

Message Frequency, Cost, Opt-Out & Help

  • Message frequency: Frequency varies based on your reservation and interaction with us. You can expect approximately 8–10 messages per reservation, plus additional messages if you engage with customer support via SMS.
  • Cost: Message and data rates may apply — please check with your mobile carrier for details on your plan. Lx Hotel does not charge for text messages.
  • Opt out: You may opt out of receiving SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from Lx Hotel. You will receive one final confirmation message, after which no further non-essential SMS messages will be sent. Where applicable, you may also opt out via the unsubscribe link in our emails. You can opt back in at any time by replying START.
  • Help & support: Reply HELP to any message, contact our front desk at (931) 954-0946, or email [email protected].
  • Carriers: Supported carriers may vary. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

How We Collect Your Data

Personal data is collected in the following ways:

  • Online services: Through our website, mobile applications, or affiliate third-party booking sites (e.g., online travel agencies).
  • During the reservation process: When you book a room or service with us, by phone, in person, or online.
  • During check-in and check-out: When you arrive and register at the hotel, and for electronic receipts or feedback requests.
  • Communication via email or SMS: When you send or receive emails or text messages from us. Communications may remain on record for quality assurance and training.
  • Third-party messaging services: Such as Google Messages, WhatsApp, or Facebook Messenger, if you choose to communicate with us through those platforms.
  • Social media: If you interact with us on social media platforms in relation to the hotel.
  • Surveys, contests, or promotional offers: When you voluntarily participate in these activities.

We may collect information on how our services are accessed and used ("Usage Data"). Usage Data may include your device's Internet Protocol (IP) address, browser type and version, pages of our service that you visit, time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers, and other diagnostic data. Sharing Your Data

We will not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for their marketing purposes. Your mobile number and SMS opt-in information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

We may share your personal data only with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating our hotel services — such as our mobile text message provider, payment processors, or IT support. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data and may use it only to provide services to us. We may also disclose your information if required by law or to protect our rights.
